    I have no user plan assigned to mu user account – demouser9. Yes, I am able to see the forum topics and respond to it. Even though I cannot browse Forum breadcrumbs, I am able to browse topics and submit replies. Even topic browsing and response should not be allowed to a non-member? See attached screenshot for the what a user with no membership could do on a forum.

    This can classify as a bug in the system.
